We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, dispensary, or healthcare provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency, including the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA).
All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services — including evaluations and recommendation decisions — are provided solely by independent authorized Oklahoma physicians who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.
When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party authorized Oklahoma physician. These physicians are solely responsible for:
We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any physician. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and StillwaterMarijuana.Clinic. Any such relationship exists only between you and the independent physician you choose to book with.
We do not guarantee that you will receive a signed OMMA Physician Recommendation Form, that OMMA will approve your patient license application, that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price, or that a physician will accept you as a patient. Recommendation decisions are made solely by the independent physician at their professional discretion. License approval decisions are made solely by OMMA.
Use of this Site for the standard adult patient license process is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who are residents of the State of Oklahoma. You must hold a valid Oklahoma government-issued ID and acceptable proof of Oklahoma residency to apply for a standard adult patient license under OMMA's program. Out-of-state patients with valid state-government-issued medical marijuana licenses may be eligible for OMMA's 30-day out-of-state patient license; consult OMMA's Patient Licenses page for current eligibility rules.
Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking.
Refund eligibility, cancellation rules, and no-show policies are governed by the policy disclosed at the time of booking and/or the independent physician's posted policy. StillwaterMarijuana.Clinic does not control refund decisions and is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
If you do not receive a signed OMMA Physician Recommendation Form following your appointment, you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the booking platform's refund policy. The OMMA application fee — $100 plus a $4.30 credit card processing fee, or the reduced $20 plus $2.50 fee for eligible applicants — is paid directly to OMMA through the OMMA MedPortal and is non-refundable; refund eligibility for the OMMA fee is governed entirely by OMMA's own policies.

Jurisdiction and Venue: Exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any actions arising out of, or relating to or in any way connected with your access and/or use of this Site shall be in Bexar County, Texas if in state court, and in the Western District of Texas in San Antonio, Texas if in federal court.
